Terms of Service & Community Charter
Last updated: October 2026 • Governing proximity handshakes, micro-economy gigs, and scarcity protocols.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing, or utilizing LinkFC (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Architectural Scarcity & Anti-Spam Governance
To maintain lightning-fast response times, protect user attention, and prevent spam, LinkFC strictly enforces automated architectural friction:
- The Single Active Slot Rule: Each registered user may possess only one active broadcast per category (e.g. 1 task bounty, 1 commute route, 1 blocker alert, 1 flash deal). Prior posts must either expire, be resolved, or be manually deleted before a new listing is broadcast.
- Ephemeral Self-Destruct / TTL Expiry: All proximity posts auto-destruct based on strict Time-To-Live limits (Commutes auto-expire 2 hours post-travel, flash deals expire after 24 hours, gigs auto-close after 48 hours, vehicle alerts close after 4 hours).
- Broadcast Energy & Reputation Staking: Posting consumes Broadcast Energy tokens. Frivolous or flagged posts reduce your community trust score, restricting broadcast privileges. Successfully fulfilling bounties recharges energy.
- Client-Side Media Offloading: Any media uploaded (lost items, storefront menus, vehicle plates) is compressed via browser canvas to sub-800px WebP micro-thumbnails before network transmission.
3. Peer-to-Peer Transactions & Bounties
Task bounties, errand deliveries, queue stand-ins, and direct rentals are agreements entered into directly between individual users (“Peers”). LinkFC provides the geospatial discovery protocol and does not take platform cuts, custody escrow funds, or guarantee individual performance. Users exchange payments directly via UPI or cash upon verified task fulfillment.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Immediate Termination
Users shall not:
- Submit false vehicle blocker alerts or counterfeit emergency/blood SOS requests.
- Harass, stalk, or misuse proximity spotting cues.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, energy staking constraints, or canvas compression pipelines.
- Broadcast illegal services, contraband goods, or defamatory claims.
Violations result in immediate hardware and IP blacklist revocation without notice.
